BOILED CHICKEN BREAST

Boiled chicken breast with brawn rice is one of a high protein dishes for lunch that help you to stay full a while and increase your protein intake.

Ingredients:

• 1 chicken breast 120g

• 1 1/2 cup of water

• 1 Ginger knob

• 2-3 Coriander roots

Instructions:

1. Boil water with sliced ginger and coriander roots in the sauce pan until it boiled

2. Add chicken breast into the boiled water, boil with high temperature for 2-3 minutes then lower the temperature down to medium to low heat. Continue steaming for 10-15 minutes.

3. Take the chicken out and slice to serve.

4. Serve in a plate with brown rice and a bit of vegetable. Feel free to add a bit of soya sauce, if you like.
