STEAMED EGGS

Steam eggs is one of high protein meal for weight loss and easy to preps dishes. This dish is good to start your day or even having it as a side dish at your lunch or for your light and high protein dinner.

Ingredients:

• 2 medium eggs

• 1/2 cup of water

• spring onion

• 1/2 tsp of soy sauce

• 1 Shiitake mushroom

Instructions:

1. Beat the eggs in a bowl until completely mixed.

2. Add water, the sliced shiitake mushroom and soy sauce to the eggs and mix together.

3. Prepare the steamer and place the bowl in the steamer. Steam over low heat until the eggs are set (about 10-14 mins).

4. Carefully remove from the steam and add spring onion (finely chopped) as a topping.

5. Serve warm and enjoy your meal.
